2013 VX Prado 150 - Playing music via bluetooth on a Samsung S5

Hi All,

I used to have an iPhone 5 that I was able to display my music via the main head unit and control music on the steering. I now have a Samsung S5 and was wondering if anybody has successfully been able to do the same as what I used too with the iphone or able to stream music via bluetooth?

I thought I heard this can be done on GXL but not able on the VX......

I've got the Samsung S5 and a 2012 GXL. It streams the music with no problems, but no song titles come up on the screen, it just lists the song number. The steering wheel controls work fine. Not sure about the VX.

The altitude doesn't do Bluetooth streaming, whereas the cheaper GXL does grr. VX may not do it either.

Toyota advised me to search www.toyotamanuals.com.au and the code on the front of the stereo P10177 isn't even listed grrrrrr
