Hi all,
My 150 update (2013 build) has been making a whining noise when using cruise control for awhile now which I use at least twice a day.
It seems to be getting louder and sounds like a 'winning diff'. It is present (or most noticable) at 100kmph on highways when it needs to backoff/slow down when say going down hill to stay within the selected speed. I certainly didn't notice it when new. I think it is a separate issue to the vibration/noise experienced at around 1500rpm at around 80kmh. It is not noticeable when driving at any constant speed (cruise control not on).
I mentioned this at my last service last month but service was not aware of this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this? It is loud enough to be annoying.
