Clutch replacement time/cost

Hi guys
the clutch on my wifes 2010 Diesel needed to be replaced (lasted 100k).

She took it to a local mechanic who charged 7 hours @ $100 per hour labour to fit a new clutch kit. Total cost $1590.

Is 7 hours for this job fair and reasonable?

It's on the higher side but it sure is. We charge 6.5hrs for a hilux/prado clutch, they take approx the same time. That's a fair price for the complete job, happy days.
