Just wondering if anyone had used or had feedback on an OBD performance chip like this on eBay

I'm suspicious - they haven't got their technical details right when they say:

extraordinarily fast (24MHz Atmel) Microchip processor

24MHz isn't "extraordinarily fast" and Atmel & Microchip are two different brands (like saying I've got a Google Apple phone).

I didn't think you could change the engine mapping in real time via the OBD port anyway- though perhaps you can!
