How to lift the plastic plaque around the shift stick in the center panel? KDJ 150

I'd like to know how to lift the plastic plaque, the one around the shift stick, I've been trying to lift it but I dare not, because I'm afraid to break some clip or the plaque itself...

I'm new in this forum and don't even know how to upload a picture, I'd like to know if someone could help me.

Hi, you need to remove the whole center console, everything has bolts from inside. There is a thread about it. No me fije q somos paisanos!!
