what can i do for my Prado (engine , performance , suspension)

hi friends .
what can i do for more power on dual vvti 1gr engine ?
k&n filter is good for more power ? what about a good headers ?
and ecu ? unichip is good ?
what about motec ? i saw videos of cars with motec are really good but all had turbocharger .
turbo ? supercharge ? (i dont like sc sound)

and for suspension ? which brand of kits are great ?
i want lift 3inch max and must important thing is comfort in rocks and sands and ... offroad (with factory suspension is not very comfort )

Suspension wise the Dobinson springs / Bilstein shocks work a treat.
