Deep ICE Menu Settings (GXL 2.8)

I noticed that my 2.8 GXL air con on Auto was tending to blow hot or cool but not much in between (my Kluger was much more subtle in keeping the set temperature). I then found by accident a setting deep in the central ICE menus that had 'Efficient Ventilation' (or similar) ticked. I switched this to 'unticked' and the air con now seems much better. The manual makes no mention of it that I can find. Has anyone else experimented with this? Perhaps it is another of those eco settings?
A week ago I also found a speed limit setting in a menu, but now cannot find it. Does anyone remember where this is?

What is this ICE menu you speak of? Hidden menu?

Didn't see anything in there that was related to A/C or speed limit warning etc

Yes: In Car Entertainment. I'll take some pics of the menu items. There are quite a few interesting other ones such as rear sensor distance options, door lock settings etc. Not exactly initiative though.

I have factory standard GXL 2016 system. I will write up the menu paths and post them. I might discover more gems yet. It would be nice if the prado media manual covered these more rather than 50 pages on the Kakadu DVD player!

Yep I've been through those also but don't seem to have speed limit settings etc. Evidently if you hold down the page button on the steering wheel while stationary there are some options that appear on the MID display between the taco and speedo.

I think you'll find the speed limit option within the Nav settings. I dont think it limits the speed but just gives a warning if you exeed the limit you set.
