Transferring phone contacts

I finally got my Prado. One problem: cannot transfer contacts from my Samsung G6 to the car multimedia system. The message appears: "there was a problem transferring one or more contacts. Try again." No luck after many attempts.

Try this (if not already done)

Connect Bluetooth to Prado > Go into phone > select Bluetooth under Settings > select device (Prado one) via the settings 'wheel' > tick 'share contacts'.

Should work in theory.
