Depends what pressures and what terrain you use the tyres on and how you drive and how often you get wheel alignments done as to how long they last.
From memory I got about 80,000km from my 2010 GXL tyres (with 5 tyre rotation, about 40psi highway pressures and wheel alignments every 20,000km) before I changed them, and they were still legal, but I then got BFG LT AT tyres...which were excellent.

This time around I have already done 25,000 km on the original tyres on my 2016 2.8 GD Prado, and I've had my first puncture (resulting in a destroyed tyre) last month....but I will change them over a bit sooner before I do a couple more long outback trips....just because of price and some good reports I'm looking at the Hankook dynapro AT LT RF10 tyres ..they seem to be very good value for money, and some folk I know have had very good results with them.

Thanks. I only ask because im looking at buying a 2010 prado with 63000 Ks on the clock (to good to be true?) Its a 2 owner city car with all the stamps in the book. But the car in question has near worn Hankooks on the front, and near worn Pirelli at the rear, im just trying to see if it all fits, the rest if the car seems strait all though there is some wear on the drivers seat corner.

I'd be getting the odo checked. Suspicions are raised. Means it's gone thru 2 sets of tyres in 63k... Sounds suss.
Drivers seat wear depends on if a heavier set person drove it. But seems early to appear to me.

It's equally as likely that the seller has put some cheap second-hand tyres on it to sell the car. They may have put new tyres on recently and are keeping them for the next ride. 2 different brands of tyres on a car that has supposedly done 63,000ks does seem a bit odd.

My 2009 model has only just done 80,000kms and it's on it's 3rd set of tyres. It had BFGs on it when purchased at about 40,000kms, these got swapped with new Bridgestone D697s by the dealer due to a VicRoads compliance issue and now I have BFGs again so I guess it can happen.
