Techstream Help needed

Hello all

I am stuck I have had this thing for a month now and cant get the thing to work on my laptop running Win 7 64 bit
I'm from western Sydney area can any one help me out
if it helps I have team viewer11

I had the same problem, tried google to help, got many diff solutions to try, none of them worked for me. Same operating system as you Win 7 64 bit.
In the end, I got an old laptop with Win XP installed & problem solved.

I have mine up and running on win7 64 bit, am by no means computer literate. Mini disc came with cable had instructions that I followed, took me about 1 hour to work through them but all ok.

Just check with the supplier if your cable is ok with 64 bit
Some only work on 32bit

Jump on here http://www.autoprofessionals.org/for...lay.php?fid=72 and join up and request the software from Autokent. It is a simple install for the Techstream program and the driver.

thanks yes this is why I brought this one as it said 64 bit have made contact with supply and said if not happy send it back
