Display contact name when receiving calls

Hoping someone can help, or confirm it is normal, when I receive a call in my 2016 GXL, the number displays but not the contact name. Most other vehicles I have had displayed the contact name. I hope this is just something I can change in the car or phone settings.

I recognise the wife's number, but just got the young fella a mobile and when he rang I didn't recognise it as his number.

It might be a number formatting problem - when the number displays on the screen. is it +614xxxxxxx or 04xxxxxxx. Your contacts might not be matching the incoming number format.

That could be it, will have to check, but I do have most of my numbers setup as +614.....
