Before my Prado I always had highly tuned performance / rally cars and due to them being to highly strung I always got them serviced by specialists even for just an oil and filter change.
When looking to buy or sell, a full service history with a reputable service provider whether a dealer or specialists was a must.
So, my question is:
What are people's opinions when they are looking to buy a Prado. Is a service stamp by a dealer better than the owner doing it at the same intervals and retaining the receipts and a log of what was done and when.
I am asking this as I want to do my own servicing of the prado, keep a log of what was done, when and receipts. But want an opinion on whether this would put off potential buyers in the future.
