I bought a Tyredog TPMS when I purchased the Prado GXL in 2012.
I now have a problem with one of the sensors and want to add two more for the caravan.
When it was installed a wireless relay was installed as well. I need to find it. Tyredog had a good look for it and could not find it. They tell me the system i bought does not work without the relay and therefore it is on the car somewhere.
Does anyone have any ideas where to look? I have been over the car quite thoroughly, but do not claim mechanical or electrical expertise.

Which unit have you got?

The relay should be somewhere at the rear and outside the cabin. However it could be on the van of the previous owner.

The relay must be on the Prado, otherwise, according to Tyredog, the sensor does not work. I bought the Prado new.
The system is TD-2300A-X series TPMS.
