Thats a neat looking cover. Not sure I could be bothered sewing though.

Just wondering if there is a cheap and easy fix.

I have the same with my steering wheel , I just bought one with perforation on sides 27 bucks at Ali express, anyone knows how to take the buttons harness off ?

If the leather is just worn & the colour needs to be restored you could try applying a leather stain such as Raven Oil. After restaining then buff it up with some boot polish.
