I have a 2015 2.8 GXL and have just received a lead from China that cost the princely sum of £10 including delivery.
This looks very similar to the one in the link that you have posted but much cheaper.
I have had huge problems loading the drivers on 64 bit windows 10, I pride myself on being a PC geek but still couldn't get the drivers to load despite trying manually and following the many methods that others have used. In the end I used windows xp running in a virtual box and the drivers load immediately.
I have had no time to test techstream yet but here is a picture of it running, the usb stick is obscuring my VIN number in case my service dealer reads this forum!!
