P2009 fault code

Flashing LO4 light, engine check and VSC light on. Had this one a while back, found a broken wire on a sensor next to the oil filter and it didn't reoccur for a while. Now it's back. Can clear with the OBD scanner and will be ok initially, but will recur on the second start after being cleared once vehicle hits 40 km/hr
How have people corrected this one?
