Anyone else had air con problems in their 150?
No2 son's had an evaporator leak at around 80,000k's, dash out etc, car in the shop for over a week.
Now it's lost the gas at around 120,000k's, no obvious leaks.

Well it's the evaporator again. Air con man said he's done dozens of these, Cruisers too and all with the same corrosion problem.
Dash out etc etc and this time fitting an evaporator he's had 100% success with.

Sure!
The price they charge for these things one might expect that they would be engineered a bit better. It's not like they haven't built anything like this before!!

It's out of warranty now hence the visit to an aircon specialist instead of Toyota.
Shouldn't take over a week this time either and touch wood, won't have to go back multiple times to re-fit the dash properly.
