Nope, a bloke on a different forum got the latest update and has already reported back saying that it did not work. He has had a heap of DPF issues.

The new fix is not going to cure an already damage DPF, if they said the new fix has not worked it’s only because the DPF is toast.

Once they replace the DPF with a new one it will take about 30k to find out how it fairs

unlucky for those people that have partly damaged units as they may be keep on going for another 5 years if this new fix rectifys the issue.

A good question for Cuda, can you post a photo of the new 2018 DPF ? I wonder if anything appearance wise has changed

I am going to upgrade from 2016 to 2018 at the end of the year.....probably. NZ VX model. Company lease vehicle. How is the adaptive cruise control? And the auto dip headlights? They seem to be the only features that stand out. But I am not holding me breath for them to be as good as my wife's Audi. New bonnet and headlights look better I think. It doesn't get hot enough here to need ventilated seats :-)

It would be good if the transmission didn't do the unpredictable engine braking trick as well, new programming might sort that? The 2016 model Satnav is useless, SUNA drives me nuts with constant route changes in traffic. I just use google maps on my phone, so any improvement there would be just fine.
