Hi all. I’m looking at a used 3.0lt VX 150 series Prado. I’ve looked at a bunch of them. One I am likely to go for (2015 model) states “VX” in all the paperwork, and has the VX interior, wheels and so on, but no badge at all on the back. To be honest I don’t recall if others I’ve seen are the same? I’m certain that I often see a silver “VX” badge on the back on many......?

Does the VX model always have a “VX” badge on the back?

I'm pretty sure I've seen some with and without the badge.
Just as an FYI, I was chatting to my brother last week who is a sales manager at the 2nd largest toyota dealership in Aus....He told me a few easy things to look out for, new number plates, No dealer number plate surrounds, no dealer sticker on the back window and no log books, any or all of these and the warning bells start ti ring, could have been in a big accident or repairable write off. Maybe not having a VX logo on the back can be included in the list
