Intermittent fault

I noticed after selecting drive and just easing on the accelerator. My traction control light flickers on (1 sec) and the accelerator pedal has no feedback with a servo noise at the same time. At no time did the tyres break traction and it was under 5 kph.
Just wondering has anyone encountered this or what may be causing it.

You weren't rolling backwards at the time ?

No I came to complete stop before selecting drive.
I think I will disconnect the battery (reset) or either use contact cleaner on the plug connecting the accelerator to see if that helps
