Removing centre console for cool box fan replacement

Hi Guys,
I am trying to find a step by step procedure to remove the centre console to access the cool box fan in a 2012 Kakadu. It needs replacement and the local Toyota shop is asking few thousand dollars (with a weeks labour) as it is a big job.I do not think they are advising correctly, more like we dont want to do it. Any advice/steps is appreciated.

There is a thread somewhere on this forum that discusses centre console removal. I removed mine some time ago & made step by step instructions on how I did it. Use the link if you want a copy of my file (too large to add here) otherwise there are instructions in another thread. Hope this helps.

Its not a hard job, take both seats out and strip console, around 1 hour to get it stripped down. Before replacing anything I would be checking its not just a fuse. There is a hidden fuse under the console near the cooler fan unit itself. Last one i looked at it was this fuse. Total job start to finish 2.5 hours including cleaning everything under the seats.
