Prado 2015 KDJ150 LED H11, HB3 conversin kit

Hello all,

as most of you can see I'm an inexperienced newcomer to this particular forum.
Browsing the forum I couldn't not find much about LED headlights upgrade (high and low beam) for Prado 2015 KDJ150.
I want to replace my 5 year old halogens with LED bulbs. Apart from STEDI LED Toyota conversion kit and maybe LLA could not find anything decent around Australia.
Looked at some US sites and found very good and very expensive! conversion kits (at least I think they are good after two moths search) like GTR Lighting Ultra 2 ( Headlight Revolution, GTRlighting.com) but they don't have a clue would it fit Prado. Still waiting on response from one of ebay's Fahren conversion kits - ( Fahren 9005/HB3/H10 LED Headlight Bulbs, 60W 10000 Lumens Super Bright LED)
I'm not that fussy about the lights, just want to put something good and forget about it (at least for a little bit of time).
Don't want any chippies and I might spent few bucks more for something good (maybe not that much as for GTRs). I'm not doing much of bush driving, a little bit around national parks down south and long drives on NW hwy and I still can use spotlights and lightbar.
Also, I'm a bit confused about these bulbs. It looks not all H11 are H11 for Prado 2015 KDJ150 and also HB3!?
I inquired about S-V.3 H11 and HB3 kits for Prado 2015 KDJ150 on ebay but they said NO. Won't fit.
Should all H11 or HB3 match H11 and HB3 slots? Stupid thing!
If I can't find anything else I'll probably go with STEDI.
Have anyone tried STEDI's conversion kits so far? Are they any good?

I bought a Stedi kit to replace my HID globes when they died. Very straight forward to fit, much simpler than HID.

The Stedi are probably as good as the Halogen, but not as good as the HID. Pretty good colour, although I'd prefer if they were slightly warmer.

Putting leds in halogen housings would just scatter the light output.
Look into doing a projector retrofit or replace the housing with a projector housing.

Think of other road users. cause you will blind them in a suv

Yes, good thinking, I almost forgot about it. That was one of the reasons I didn't want to go with cheap ebay brands. Some of better and more expensive bulbs are made in size and shape as a carbon copy of halogens-or almost, like GTRs, DD S1 (if I remember well), Fahren, S-V.3 and S-V.4, (I think) and few others. They make them just to be as halogens with light source in the same spot within the headlight housing. So, no problems there. You just have to pay more. It looks it's all about the money, as usual.

Please follow up with your findings as im interested to know how it goes with an expensive hid bulb goes in a halogen reflector.
Iv heard good things about the gtr ultra 2. but funds dont go far enough to try them

Yep. Guys from Headlight Revolution asked me about some numbers on plastic part of Prado's halogen headlamp to compare and check if GTR will fit but I don't have time right now for that. Probably will see next week. It's a new product and very expensive. H11 and HB3 conversion kit plus anti-flickers (they can't confirm about flickering) all up with postage around AU $750 I think.

$750 sheeesh. I'll stick with my projector retrofit for now.
But may upgrade my ebay hid kit in the future
