P0400 Toyota parado 150 series

Hi all just seeing if anyone has had a problem with code p0400 we have replaced the eye and hoses and solieods all genuine the old her was gunked up

after 100 to 200k the lights come on traction and 4wd and engine light I replaced the mass air flow genuine it was good for 300k then lights on I’ve checked the wiring
checked all readings I noticed the last time code c1201 came up as well in the computer can anyone shed any light

P0400 is EGR issues. Do you have either a Chip, or have a plate installed to block the EGR? Is EGR blocked with soot and crap? Has it ever been cleaned?
Common to see codes if a block is fitted with no hole in it. C1201 may be caused by the above, its an malfunction signal. https://www.purefjcruiser.com/docs/2...em/0280018.pdf

never had a chip it’s clean now we replaced the egr setup with a new kit from Toyota

So you've been mucking around with EGR? Is it blocked? Plate fitted etc? What kit from Toyota?
