  • Kakadu 2010 Rear Floor Over Seats

Just after some ideas on how to bolt down a ply wood floor over the rear seats in a 2010 Kakadu. Would like to do it myself as the system from Fourby Fitouts is a bit expensive.

Would like it to be removable as it would only be used every now and then at the moment.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Editing, sorry Prado 150k, I misread your post. Oops. Disregard my post below.

I have a 2019 GXL with the 3rd row removed. I have not installed any draw system as it did not suit my uses. I installed a ply floor with a cheapish carpet.
Purchased some bolts of suitable length that matched the holes for either the seat belt mountings or the seat mountings. Sorry, I can't remember which they were.
Drilled holes through the ply and bolted it down using the purchased bolts and washers. I made a light cardboard template to help size fit the ply and drillings but you may be able get drill holes located by another means.

I made one out of form ply to mount our fridge slide on... in each corner removing the four factory cargo tie-downs and running a long M6 bolt through the form ply into where the factory tie-downs were.
