2014 150 Interior light assembly removal.

Hi, I am trying to remove the front interior "map light" roof assembly. I have managed to release the front edge but the back is not for budging! In previous blogs there is mention of the rear being on a hinge but if I pull down the front by a few mm the roof lining starts to bend. I have a copy of the Toyota manual for a 2013 which advises remove 4 clips with no other info, not much help.Mine is the face-lift model which could be different.
Any help would be good.
