Alignment of Headlights

I am not sure whether this is the correct place to put this question.

The MY19 Prado GXL has Bi-LED, self leveling headlights. There appears to be locations near the headlights on each side of the car where a tool can be inserted to adjust the alignment for U-D and L-R. I know the system is pretty expensive so I didn't want to play and cause a costly mistake for myself.

I would like to adjust the "reach" of the low beam to go further out from my car.
Does anyone know if adjustment can be made with an simple Phillips head screwdriver at these apparent adjustment points? Or specialist Toyota tool required or no adjustment allowed?

Previously, I made these easy adjustments to my old Series 90.

Use a phillips screwdriver to adjust them, be aware though you are adjusting both high & low. Have you changed your suspension? If so you might find you will be dazzling other drivers, the other issue I found is that there is a slight blind spot between the high & low beams that if you adjust up too much then falls right where you want the high beam, unless of course your hunting possums or looking for koalas then it is all good

There are a few dark, flat roads near home where I can check the aim of the low beam.
The intention is to give a bit more reach at low beam than the 50-60 metres at the moment. I feel that I need a bit more than that distance to react and maybe stop, while driving at highway speeds at night with dimmed lights for approaching vehicles.

Adjusted and tested last night.
More reach with the low beam, no mad flashing of headlights from oncoming vehicles and no koala spotting on high beam. All good.

Wondering if anyone has done geometry on the alignment.
I noticed that there was a number 1.3% with a stylised headlight embossed into the plastic cowling near each adjustment location.
If 1.3% represents the downslope of the low beam focus and the headlights measured 950mm above a flat surface, doing some calculations for a level road, the headlights would be focused 73 metres in front of the vehicle.
