Differences in Transmission gear cooler setup

Hi,
I have a question regarding the Transmission cooler kit for the Prado 150 from Kaon
I saw that on their site they have two kits:

• one for the 3.0L engine (Product Code: KS0093)
• and the other is for the 2.8L engine (Product Code: KS0092)

Am I right that the only difference between the kits is the mount? both come with Davies Craig 678 Cooler, the price difference is not the issue.
the reason I am asking is this:
I have an internal bumper winch installed (internal winch mount , factory bumper)
I have an access port for the winch lever via the top cover (pics attached)
I have a prado 2017 150 2.8L LHS driver - based in Israel , and if I use the mount in the 2.8 kit it will block my access to the winch while using the 3.0 mount will not.
Can both mounts be used? any idea for the change reason ?

or any other recommendation for kits that will help me with the issue? no planning on installing an additional fan for that rad/
