Does anyone else experience (very) rare occurances of the pre-collision safety system warning lighting up in the dash for no reason? It happened to me (Prado 2019 VX) for the second time yesterday, and it is kind of freaking me out a bit. The red warning with the word BRAKE shows up and it beeps, then it's gone within less than a second. My theory is that it's either a bug that flies into one of the sensors or water is temporarily covering it (the first time it happened a few months ago there was a bit of rain). I had no cars in front of me at the time.
What I am worried about is that it thinks there's a car ahead that I am about to run into and slams on the brakes, the way it's meant to in a real situation.
