Strange noise at speeds of 90km/h plus

Hey guys. I’m new to Prado point. Has anyone had this issue or know of someone who has? When travelling at speeds of 90 km/h plus my engine makes a secondary noise. The only way I can explain it is if you imagine that you were driving a manual vehicle and you are rolling down a hill in, for example, third gear and as the car gains speed you can hear the engine revving. I am having this issue as noted above the speed of 90 km/h. I have been driving down the highway at 100-110 km an hour and have taken the car out of drive and put it in neutral and I still get the noise . At first we thought it could’ve been a transfer case issue, so I had my mechanic change out the oil but this has not helped. I’m hoping to be able to resolve this. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance of the car, but it is very annoying when driving down the highway which I do daily .
