Steering wheel leather issue

My steering wheel has been slowly falling apart on the right side. I had a look on Amayam and partsorq for a replacement wheel but they show as not available.
Has anyone repaired their wheel or replaced it? Any suggestions for a good repair place in Sydney?

My leather was a lot worse, had it recovered for $400. Custom leather, looks nice, but starting to wear again

Mine, a 2017 model, started flaking at the top. I treated it with leather conditioner and the result is much improved. Not a fix of course, but the steering wheel should last a lot longer before needing a more drastic solution. I guess ideally, treating with leather conditioner regularly from new would be a good idea.
