2013 prado 150 head unit replaced with 2017 prado head unit ?

Gday felllow prado peoples .

I have access to a 2017 as pictured can it be directly swapped out with the 2013 set up ? The ugly old fashioned set up !! with the reverse camera up the top

Its a pretty quick and easy job to pull the 2013 dash bits off and check. There are pics on how to do it in some of the stereo replacement threads. The big issue will probably be wiring as the functionality is completely different
