Drivers Seat splitting

I have a 2017 VX Prado and the drivers seat is splitting. Has anyone experienced this and if so what is the best way to repair?

You could try getting warranty out of Toyota, but likely too late. Have a motor trimmer repair it using a better grade vinyl. (The Toyota leather is not really leather, there are vinyl's that match it perfectly.)

a lot of them do it. I know some people slide out of the car over that edge without using the steps , but in reality the material should wear before it splits. see if you get get Toyota to give you a goodwill claim under warranty , otherwise do what Piggy said.
