thanks, happy to pay but im concerned about this, blocking anything i have paid for, or is that just Toyota covering their ass for not restricting info?

"Please read: Some Toyota Repair Manuals contain information regarding both internal combustion engines (ICE) as well as Hybrid or Electric Vehicle powertrains. Under the new 'Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Information Sharing Scheme' (effective 1st July 2022), information relating to Hybrid or Electric Vehicle powertrains is considered 'safety information' and access must be restricted. Due to the way these repair manuals are structured and the manner in which information contained is linked across the platform, unfortunately it is not practical to extract non-safety related repair information without detrimentally affecting the functionality and performance of the repair manual. Only repairers who have completed the required training and are authorised via AASRA (www.aasra.com.au) to access safety information will be eligible to access Toyota and Lexus repair manuals containing safety information. If your vehicle isn't a hybrid, then it isn't of concern.

They restrict access to the battery packs and stuff as people have been known to arc themselves up pretty well trying DIY repairs.
