Which would you choose?

Hi All,

I am currently faced with a dilemma and would appreciate some of your opinions.

Look at upgrading the 90 series to a 150. I can acquire a 2009 plated model for $3k less then a 2010 plated model. Both vehicles are new, same model, same colour etc. The 2009 is available now the 2010 not for a few months. Which one would you choose and why?

$3,000 is a lot of play money...... And if you keep the 150 as long as you have the 90, long term not a big difference

When was the build date and when was it first registered??
Being a new Prado wouldn`t expect much difference in resale value, like ^^^ said $3000 is a fair bit of cash.

Don't know the build month of the 2009, but neither vehicle has been registered at all.

Buy 2009 model but push them a bit harder for discount or get then to throw some extras in they should do that

Would depend on how long you were planning to keep it....if its say 6-10 years, I think it would make no difference and I agree withe the others, push a bit harder and take the 09 model....if you are only going to keep it for a couple of years then perhaps wait for a 10 model.

like the others have said, dosen't really matter, but i saw on carpoint a 2010 gxl petrol going for $58k driveaway, but if u wanted diesel pretty sure u would find a good deal, it appears they are starting to do a few deals, i see a few sitting on the lots
