Bit of a a a a stutter

Hi All,
So my 2015 Prado seems to be experiencing a bit of a stutter mostly when the car is at lower revs and lightly accelerating. Before I go all crazy and get the injectors looked at, I noticed my fuel cap seemed a bit loose for example, when I tighten the cap, I can still move it back a little bit. Does anyone know if this is normal with the fuel cap as I know a faulty fuel cap can cause pressure issues similar to a vacuum leak? Thanks in advance for your help.

UPDATE: I have had Toyota check my fuel cap and advised that this is normal and the stutter is caused by the blocked DPF which is on a 3-month backlog to be replaced by Toyota for free.
