Height of Prado with roofrack and lift

I notice there are a few of you on here now that have built your vehicles up and have both a suspension lift and a roof rack. I was wondering if any of you have measured the overall height of your Prado with these two mods, i.e to the top of the roofrack. I am in the planning stages before buying and need to know if it is going to fit in my garage or not. I figure it would be a bit of an embarrasing moment to get home and discover that I can't drive into the garage.

Mine is just over 2.1M with 2" lift and ARB bullbar.

Dang I mean ARB Steel Roof Rack - bull bar doesnt affect the height too much ;-)

rptdprado, is the height you have provided for the 90 Series in your signature or a 150 series? I did not state in my post but I was after some info on the 150 series.

Hi Ando

My 150 is as follows, OME lift kit (Nitrocharger Sports) with Mickey Thompson 265/70/17 tyres, ARB Deluxe bar, dual batteries, standard roof rails = 1960mm, Rhino Rack Sport Bars on the rails = 2040mm.

It still fits in a standard garage of 2100mm clearance only just though. Hope this helps.

My GXL (pre lift...that 'll do later in the year when funds will be available), with the BFG's, HD Rhino Racks and Rhino Basket fit's (just) into my garage, I think it's 2.1 Metres (give or take a mm or two)....with a 50Mm lift I would have to take the basket off to get it in. Bit of a pain really as taking the basket off and putting back on is probbaly an hours work, but as we use the GXL for our normal "family car" I'll just have to do that. I'll have to make sure the next house we buy has a bigger garage.

The other "issue" is parking in shopping centres...it's amazing how many have a limit of 2.1, so that is also a drama at times.

Yes its a 90 Series. Looking at the 150 at the moment.

With Rhino Rack and bigger tyres my car needs abour 2.14 meters clearance to get into the car park.
