Carrying gyprock sheets inside prado

G'day just about to go to bunnings to pickup 2 sheets of 1200 x 2400 plasterboard. I measured & not sure on width (only a mm or 2 in it), has to go inside as it would snap on roof.

Don't know about gyprock but with other timber materials, when they say 2400x1200, it is actually larger than that by >5mm.

Having carried plasterboard many times, this is all gonna be bad... Its gonna mark the crap out of everything if you dont wrap it.. Not even sure if it will fit? Bunnings loan trailer?

Gyprock/plasterboard is exactly 1200mm wide, length is usually spot on aswell, having just fitted about 150 square metres of plaster board in our house i am rather familiar with the product. 6000mm x 1200mm sheets didn't fit in the Prado though, maybe if i took out my storage drawers they might fit :lol:

I guess you dont have a trailer?

Thxs for the replies. I can now confirm they fit inside . Just picked up 2 sheets. Very tight though & above your head but luckily hardware is only 5 min away
