  • Noise under foot when driving up steep incline

Hi all, I have a new 150 series and when driving on the road the other day I was on a steep incline and put my foot down and I could hear whirs and clunks somewhere under the front of the car as I accelerated. I vaguely remember a comment on a show about downhill assist being very noisy, is this related? Any comment appreciated.

Hi mate, ive got the 120 grande and i had a noise today more like a click/ticking noise followed with a beep.... I believe this is the hill assist activating and holding the car steady.... didnt try it for long but it seems like its the same symptoms your car is experiencing..... dont worry about it too much ! at least you knw the system is working. !
