Importing multiple items from the same vendor will see you stung for the total value of all goods.
I wouldn't try to avoid the tax using multiple packages. Customs now have systems in place to catch you in this regard, and when they send you a "show cause" letter down the track, you will be required to pay the outstanding fees and taxes with added penalties unless you can show them that your transaction was squeaky clean.

If you import the lockers honestly, you will still end up better off price wise when all the taxes and fees are paid.2008 Diesel Prado with extra stuff added. I drive it on the road and other places too.

Hmm that brings up another possibility..we have an office in Beijing..might see if I can get one of the guys to see if the *real* ARB items are for sale there somewhere and see if there is more of a price break.2008 Diesel Prado with extra stuff added. I drive it on the road and other places too.
