Have decided to take the wheel cover off including the backing mounting. Have taken out the four screws but it still will come off. Looks like it needs to twisted or lifted or something. Anybody have nay clues ?

Ensure you have taken the clip located near the camera has been taken out. Thought I'd add a pic to make it easier to understand... the clip is located to the right of the bottom bolt...
