After much research and reading about other DIY drawer projects I decided to dust off the tools and give it a shot.

I decided i'd keep it simple and stick with a set of double drawers. Maybe in the future I'll make up a fridge slide that I can instal and remove as required.

Total materials cost would be about $250 odd but I got the accuride rails from a large photocopier as that's the business I'm in so that probably saved $50 or so.

Made with 15mm structural ply and marine carpet it took me a few days.

Update: knocked up some infill panels this morning, I decided instead of having wings the same level as the top of the drawers I made these up to go down low which leaves a cavity on each side to put small items and also allow easy access to the jack and the 240 outlet.
