This is fantastic. I can tell you what my next project is going to be. It has bugged me for the last few camping trips having that stupid sloping floor, the extra height of the back floor and the fact that I'm lugging around 2 extra seats that add to the weight. Also I especially appreciate the pdf. I shall make use of your instructions!

It's not hard. Steps in my build (signature). Just take it slowly. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Ok, I didn't do the detail... in my signature there is My 150 and Rp then http:// click on that bit I'd that was the question. I was intending step by step but didn't do that though there are some progress pics.
Run a centreline down the floor and also a piece of ply. Draw a line at right angles in the floor and call that the datum. I used the inside where the floor drops down. The mark every 100mm and measure from the centreline to the edge. Mark these on the ply. I gave 5mm or 6mm clearance to give room for carpet and some wriggle room.
Some places you will need to go less than 100mm so suck it and see. Essentially make a grid on the floor and transfer that grid onto the ply.My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic
