Do you know roughly what they did at the rear or did they raise the front 35mm and let the rear just self level?

No I don't know much of what they did. VERY friendly guys and I don't think they will mind if one phones and asks.

You might also like to speak to CalOffroad in Berridale, NSW. They have just done a Kakadu with a Bilstein kit they put together and it's sensational.

Did you lose any of the functions of the Kakadu. Namely the variable suspension option?
I look forward to your measurements
            Thanks

                  Ken,
Only the Comfort/Sport mode obviously but absolutely nothing else. Heard many stories of some needing the computer re-setting as they were displaying lights on the dash and reporting fault codes, but even if this were correct it's nothing for Toyota to re-set it. I have had nothing change whatsoever, nor any lean issues. SWTSMBO has taken the car till Sunday but when it returns I'll get the measurements for you. From memory it was a good two & a half inches, with the front crossmember ground clearance being the most obvious improvement.

Thanks Mick. I had the same experience. The comfort setting but everything else OK. Except for the lean. Look forward to your post

Could you elaborate a little more please. What upgrade did you have fitted? Did the vehicle have a lean before the lift or did Guest4WD just ensure there was none after the installation? I still have my lean that comes and goes. Do you know what they did to ensure there was no lean? If you have time I would love to know the measurements from the bottom of the rim to the bottom of the guard on each wheel. When level mine are: rear 890mm and front 820mm.
                      Ken
I hope I did this correctly but mine is rear = 795 and front = 785

                        Finally got around to it.
Mine came in at 805mm front and 800mm rear. No lean at all.

I am absolutely confused. I can't believe the above measurements. It seems the measurements are around 800mm where as mine come in at 870mm and 890mm. If Madmick and Powp have had a 2" lift then mine must be 6"!!!! Can you measure your truck that has not been lifted and give me a basis to work from. I am measuring from the bottom of the wheel rim to the bottom of the wheel arc in a perpendicular. I believed my lift was about 3 to 4". I am now worried about insurance. Do I have to notify the road traffic authority about the lift - is it a modification that needs to be approved?
