Just thought i would put it out there to let people know that superior engineering are pretty hopeless with customer service.....
After ordering some upper control arms 4 and a half weeks ago, i have received them and i am still waiting on washers that were not sent with my kit! so nearly 5 weeks on my car is still sitting on the hoist at work waiting on parts!!

I would not recommend them to anyone and have never had so many issues with a supplier before....

well... I hate to say it... but why would you put your car on a hoist and remove brand new parts before you had received the replacements?

I run a workshop and was told when i rang them that they would be a week turn around, so i pulled it apart so i could bolt them on as soon as they come in.... I have no need for the car as we have 4 cars to get around in, but thats not the point if there is a delay in parts they should contact you!!!

Fair call. Anything I have bought off them, the quality has been outstanding.

Did they give you an estimate on how long the parts would take to arrive? Did you ask for an explanation?

Also - is that '4 cars + the Prado' or is the Prado included in the 4 cars...
