When lifting Prado 150 (2011), do i need to change the suspension and spring? Or just the spring is ok?

What suspension and spring do you suggest? I'm thinking bilstein and King springs. Can you help me with the part # of bilstein suspension and king springs for front and rear?

Depending on what you have on your Prado, the part numbers for the springs will be different.

Shocks will be the same and not rely on the load. See here for part numbers.

To answer your question, yes you can lift the prado just the same with springs and not shockers.
I have had customers do that, it works well, if you want the clearance but want to save $$$, its a good way to go
Advantage of replacing struts also is:
If they are old ones, well you are replacing them with newies = better handling vehilcle
extra travel if you are into difficult 4x4ing it will help, however you will increase risk to front c/v as it increases the angle.
they are often stronger, thicker pins and full welds, in some cases the products internal component quality is better than the genuine.

I was always under the impression that when fitting lifted springs, new shocks would always need to be fitted as the longer travel of a raised spring will either bottom or top out the shock or both with nasty side effects. In addition a standard shock would be running in a different part of its stroke than it was designed too.

Just my thoughts though
