  • 150 Genuine Strut Top Spring Caps

Can anyone tell me the genuine part numbers for the left and right strut top spring caps and bushes/retainers required to build new front struts with aftermarket shocks (bilstein 5100's) and springs (king ktfr-101hd)?

I am about to embark on my first DIY suspension install on a 150 GXL and want to make the job easier (and safer) by getting the struts assembled (read: springs compressed) by a professional with the right tools. The only problem is that I dont want to pull the front struts off until the new ones are ready to go in, without the stuffing arround of going to a suspenion place mid-job.

I had a look on toyodiy for the part numbers and it lists a different number of the left and right side but i could only find one number on amayama trading. Are both sides identical or am I searching for the wrong numbers?

You can change out the front suspension easily without spring compressors. http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...ade-for-Grande

Awesome mate thanks. That doesn't sound too difficult.

Prior to finding out the right bolts to remove I was undoing other bolts that weren't necessary. Don't be afraid to undo the bolts that affect the alignment as you need an alignment after a few days anyway.
