Great CV angle at that height. Mine look like that at 800 not 820 but I do have good droop. Must be my age...My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

So just measured it myself and both front sides are even on 800mm. Dropping battery into it has given 797mm.
Not sure where the 820mm came from?
Bottom edge of rim, thru centre of wheel to bottom edge of guard, correct?

Still not right to me, as no winch installed yet and supposed to be 50mm lift. Only at 42ish without winch. Be below 40mm then.
That normal?

Hey just after people's opinions please. I upgraded to TJM suspension 8 months ago and supposed to get a 40mm lift as they advertise with HD springs in front and standard raised in rear. Iv got an ARB bar and dual batteries, no winch. I measured my car the other day with half a tank as it looked a little low compared to another Prado it was parked next to. Compared to stock heights my measurements show a 25mm rise on front passenger, 15mm FD, 40mm RP and 25mm RD. Do people think this is acceptable?
I have spoken to the TJM store where I purchased them from and they stated the only thing they could do was pull out the springs and compare them to new ones and if there is nothing wrong then I will need to foot the bill of the labour.

just on the measurements.
i am still stock suspension (for Now)
on level ground i have measured and seen the same difference in the rear.
if you stop put he handbrake on then put it in park.
It seems to load up the diff or something and will sit looking like it is not level
release the handbrake and put it in neutral let it settle and it will level.
maybe try the same
park level handbrake off see how it looks

Had a TJM XGS 4000 kit put on a few weeks back also. HD springs front, Standard rears with airbags. Have T13 outback bar, synthetic winch and lights.
Was hoping for an inch over stock.
Initial measurements after kit and 1000kms + full tanks were
Front 762mm (110mm droop)
Rear 825mm (5psi in bags)
Felt better but a bit too much rake (and diving under brakes); and not quite enough front clearance for my liking.
Based on this thread went back and had 20mm of spacers added (paid for the alignment). New measurements with full tanks...
Front 780mm (96mm droop)
Rear 825mm (5psi in bags)
Happy with it now... Sits alot flatter with less roll, waaay less diving under brakes. Happy with the CV angles and steering feel.
The front seems ever so slightly harder since the spacers went in but all good from the wife's point of view comfort wise
With rhino rack pioneer platform on top she fits in 2.1m car parks easily.

Batb0t and Stevehastings I seem to have the same issue with my TJM suspensions as you guys. My front height at standard was 745mm both sides. When I initially put my suspension in the front was sitting at 775mm. Now my front drivers is sitting at 765mm and front passenger side is sitting at 770mm with 10mm spacers supposedly. My rears are good with both sitting at around 835mm.
