I'm exhausted from trying to contact the vic/s.a/tas state manager to organise this.
This has included numerous phone calls to his mobile also called head office and sent email.
Always on leave, or too busy to respond.
Not impressed to say the least, I have removed all raw 4x4 signage and no longer a raw distributor.
To be quite honest there are a few downfalls of their product, eg, every shocker I have ever fitted to prados rear the outer casing rubs on the inner. Some have been replaced as they advised me they had a problem with some not being welded str8.
        The replacements rub also.
I made a point of asking about protection for the rears, from getting hit by rocks. I was told how thick they are and they don't need it.
I note recently they are now selling those shock guards. But don't forget they don't need them.
There was one strut that failed early on, it was replaced under warranty.
Also beware some of their listings/products full extension is way too long, it's a guarantee of a c/v climbing out.

Their new product does look good, but I will never get to see it or try it out by the sounds if it.
The good news is there is too many alternatives that are cheaper and perhaps better, soon to find out as I start using those.

Very disappointing that they didn't get back to you, but am interested in looking at some new options.
