Very easy job, about a 3 out of 10 on the how hard scale.
1. Buy a can of WD40 and spray the stock bumpstops retaining bolts (thru the chassis, very easy) about a week before the job to help loosen up the thread and repeat a few times that week.
2. Purchase Monster Rides Wheelers bumpstops from eBay or ddirect from www.monsterrides.com.au for $95.
3. Jack up the Prado like this.
4. Remove old bumpstops with big pair of Stilsons or multi grips (or hammer and cold chisel if seized in).
5. Cut down the supplied 8mm Allen key buy 40mm on the long end, so it will fit under the lower control arm with suspension at full droop.
6. Fit new bumpstops and go for a test drive off road.
