Prado 150 GXL. Looking for height adjustable suspension with 'in-cab' adjustment

Right,

Just had fitted an ARB deluxe bullbar / winch / Dual battery etc and think the truck would benefit from a lift or stiffer springs to compensate for all that extra weight.

Been digging around the interweb looking to see if there are options available to me for having a height adjustable solution that I can control from the cab using my, already installed, ARB compressor.

Got a quote from ARB for an OME lift kits etc for $1800 fitted.

Just need some input from fellow PP members about what options I have available. I don't really have a budget (just want the best solution)

I'd love to be able to adjust the height on the fly but it's a nice to have. I do tow a 2000kg boat about once a month.

Any help suggestions would be appriciated.

As far as I know there isn't an option to do what you are wanting for a GXL. There have been a few comments about inflating polyairs or the equivalent on the run so perhaps send them a pm though as the bags are made to be independently aired you might need a fancy non return valve system. Polyairs will be useful for your part time or temporary spring upgrade for towing, it's what I do. There is at least one option (Rancho) for remote variable damping but that doesn't affect ride height. I have TJM XGS Gold in my 150 and I'm very happy with it.

If you want more than a nominal 50mm lift there are some larger options. Derek11 has a 100mm kit that comes to mind.

Cost me Around $7000 all up for a 2in lift.
